Entry Level Recruiter​/Sales Trainee; Deerfield, IL

Position Summary

Aerotek is a staffing and services solutions company specializing in manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities and maintenance. This role is for a Recruiter who will partner with an Account Manager to source and place qualified candidates.

• Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads.
• Perform various customer service-related activities.
• Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations.

Salary and Commission Structure

Base salary $50,000 after training with potential for $60,000 after 1 year; unlimited hourly commission.

Projected Recruiter Earnings

• Year 1: $55,000
• Year 2: $81,000
• Year 3: $107,000
