Job Objective
Provides administrative and technical support to assist the Human Resources Department in delivering various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
Responsibilities- Distribute HR correspondence and mail, including welcome letters, core value mugs, and new hire desk setups.
- Assist in organizing special events such as Holiday parties, Wall of Fame, and other company events.
- Audit and purchase Harvest logo merchandise as needed.
- Support HR projects: create and update forms, type correspondence, and develop spreadsheets and document templates.
- Maintain supplies of HR forms, Harvest merchandise, recruitment packets, and new hire orientation folders.
- Upload employee files into Workday, including new hire forms, conflict of interest forms, and gift approval forms.
- Maintain Harvest photo files and update HR forms and handbook as directed.
- Assist the staffing team with scheduling interviews and gathering information for the yearly calendar.
- Sort and distribute service awards, compliance posters, calendars, and other materials.
- Set up materials and support for trainings, orientations, and meetings.
- Log and submit HR invoices to Accounts Payable.
- Participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs and campus events.
- Generate surveys, collect feedback, and provide debriefs.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information to protect employee confidence and company assets.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Willing to work 20-29 hours per week.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, departments, officials, and the public.
- Ability to complete multiple diverse tasks with differing priorities without close supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Workday.
Freshman or Sophomore pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four‑year university or college in human resources, business administration, industrial psychology, or a closely related field.
