The Human Resources Coordinator supports the administration and coordination of Human Resources and employee development functions. Working closely with Finance & Operations leadership, this role coordinates recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, employee training, compliance activities, Human Resources systems, and employee records to support a positive and consistent employee experience.

Primary Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and routine Human Resources support while serving as a resource for employee questions.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, payroll-related information, and required employment documentation.
  • Coordinate employee training, compliance requirements, learning systems, certification tracking, and training completion activities.
  • Support Human Resources operations through reporting, compliance activities, process improvement initiatives, and employee technology systems.
Skills You Bring to CEL
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting Human Resources functions, employee programs, or people operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related systems and technology.
  • Professional communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
