Hybrid 3 days a week in Deerfield IL

6 Month Contract

Pay rate: 70-80/hr W2 Only (negotiable)

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Contractor to join our team and transform disparate data sources into actionable insights. This role is critical to enabling operational excellence and supporting our partner onboarding journey through robust data integration, analysis, and visualization.

• Data Integration & Preparation:
  Intake and consolidate data from multiple sources (including CRM systems). Clean, normalize, and structure data for consistency and accuracy. Utilize primary keys to “stitch” datasets together into relational tables or databases.
• Analysis & Metrics:
  Analyze data for key operational and process metrics such as Volume, Cycle Time, Throughput, Defects, First-Time Pass Resolution. Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Visualization & Reporting:
  Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau for ongoing operational use. Create automated data pipelines for recurring reporting needs.

• Required
  :
  Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation;
  Excel for advanced data analysis; proven ability to clean, normalize, and join complex datasets; experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau; solid understanding of operational metrics and process performance indicators.
• Preferred
  :
  Python for data transformation and automation; familiarity with Lean Six Sigma concepts; experience in the Payments industry;
  Salesforce experience and understanding of its data structure.
• Must Have
  :
  Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce, Excel; at least 1 year of data analysis experience conducting analyses to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy.
• Nice To Have
  : 1 year Python experience; experience building automated data pipelines;
  Payments industry experience;
  Salesforce experience and understanding of its data structure.
