The Senior Manager Product Management acts as a servant leader, guiding and supporting product owners across development teams. This role involves leading the execution and development of the product vision, driving business value, and improving customer experience while managing dependencies across teams and cross-functional partners. The Senior Manager is expected to possess deep technical and business architecture skills, enabling them to recognize patterns and resolve complex problems efficiently.

They are responsible for fostering organizational alignment, ensuring that product owners are empowered to deliver outcomes, and are often recognized for their expertise and contributions both within and outside the company.

In this role, you’ll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management:

• At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
• A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Salary information is for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting.
