- 10+ years of experience in "One Trust or Data Architect
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations and compliance requirements. - Experience in implementing One Trust technologies and modules.
- Proven experience as a One Trust Architect.
- Ability to create detailed architectural documentation and diagrams.
- Experience in conducting Privacy Assessments and managing Vendor Risk.
- Architect and design comprehensive privacy solutions leveraging One Trust technologies.
- Create detailed architectural documentation and diagrams to ensure product design clarity and adherence to enterprise standards.
- Develop and maintain reference architecture diagrams, developer and user handbooks.
- Implement and manage One Trust Cookie Compliance, Incident Response, and Identity Proofing.
- Perform Privacy by Design Assessments and develop roadmaps for implementation of Privacy by Design Controls.
- Build and manage One Trust inventories for personal data and controls.
- Oversee One Trust Privacy Notice Management, Data Privacy Scanning, and Privacy Inventory Reporting.
- Automate Personal Data Inventory and develop privacy processes, reporting, and dashboards using One Trust.
- Conduct Privacy Assessments using One Trust and ensure compliance with Privacy Threshold Assessment requirements.
- Manage Vendor Risk using One Trust Vendor Risk Management module.
- Implement Data Retention Management and Consent Management using One Trust.
- Discretionary Annual Incentive.
