Location:
Riverwoods, IL - Hybrid
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $45 - $50/hr on w2 - without benefits

Join our dynamic team as a Salesforce Business Analyst, where you'll leverage your expertise in Sales and Service Cloud to drive impactful business processes and analytics. Located in the vibrant community of Riverwoods, IL, this role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and make a significant impact on our sales and service operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong understanding of business processes, reporting, and analytics
- Proficiency in designing and maintaining Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Experience in configuring and optimizing Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and security permissions
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
- Experience with data modeling and data quality controls
- Ability to perform data cleansing and develop data quality controls
- Familiarity with integrating Salesforce data with external systems for comprehensive reporting
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce reporting solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document user stories
- Onboard and train end users on new and updated reports and dashboards
