• Support and configure Nutrien’s Success Factors global landscape, including Recruitment (RCM and RMK), Onboarding (ONB 2.0), Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, and Learning.
• Lead system administration tasks by proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall system functionality for the global Success Factors solution.
• Provide technical expertise to the HR Transformation journey to grow and enhance the Success Factors platform globally.
• Attain business alignment while configuring global and localized design changes.
• Ensure solutions are implemented and maintained based on standard practices and leverage application functionality to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to business process leads, SMEs, and end users.
• Provide technical guidance to partners and in-house support teams (including role-based permissions, integrations, and managed service teams).
• Create and maintain development documentation such as configuration workbooks, user guides, and test scripts.
• Resolve technical issues independently or in collaboration with Success Factors technical support.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on Release Management; lead and support product releases, regression testing, and user acceptance testing, and recommend enhancements.
• Build and foster relationships with business stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Develop creative strategies to build engagement.
• Apply self-management techniques, including acting with integrity, adaptability, goal setting, and efficient work practices.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, from senior stakeholders to technical SMEs, in designing solutions to business needs.

• Post-secondary degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school. Certification in Success Factors modules required.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT application design, support, and development, including cross-domain experience.
• Knowledge of Success Factors modules within Nutrien’s landscape, specializing in RCM, RMK, and ONB 2.0, with experience in Employee Central, Learning, PMGM, Succession & Career Development, Platform, RBP’s, Release Management, Integrations (API and OAuth), and Position Management preferred.
• Experience supporting a core-hybrid Success Factors solution.
• Subject-matter expertise in business processes, solution design, best practices, and technology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; influence and negotiation skills when appropriate.
• Experience with data migration between cloud and on-premise applications preferred.
• Experience with QA and testing, including developing test scripts for unit and user acceptance testing.
• Comfortable leading workshops for junior and senior teams.
• Aptitude for teaching, instructing, and mentoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to formulate recommendations and work autonomously.
• Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work under tight timelines.

The salary range for this role in Deerfield, IL, is between $91,200 and $156,300. Compensation decisions consider factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, location, and business needs. The position does not participate in any other benefit, retirement savings, or paid time-off programs beyond paid sick days, and has no incentive compensation, as it is temporary.
