About Capital One - At Capital One, we’re changing banking for good. We were founded on the belief that no one should be locked out of the financial system. We’re dedicated to fostering a world where everyone has an equal opportunity to prosper.
We’re a bank, but we don’t think like one. We’re always thinking about what’s next, about how we can innovate and inspire, and about how we can develop the tools our customers need to improve their financial lives by leveraging best-in-class technology.
The Global Payment Network (GPN) Technology organization manages critical payments infrastructure to facilitate high-throughput, secure global transaction processing. Our Technical Program Management (TPM) teams are vital to GPN’s success. These teams leverage deep technical acumen and systems thinking to drive the architectural alignment, technical strategy, and execution of the organization’s objectives and key results.
They improve scalability and system resilience within the GPN engineering lifecycle, focusing on ownership of complex technical dependencies, cross-functional engineering roadmaps, and the robust delivery of global financial infrastructure.
In addition to technical program responsibilities, you will pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, teaching the organization what a great TPM can achieve.
