Constellation Search Group is looking for a Finance IT Systems Analyst for a full-time direct hire position. The Finance IT Systems Analyst will be a key contributor to the design and architecture of the of Oracle Cloud EPM and EDM solution and their integrations with ERP and 3rd-party systems. The Finance IT Systems Analyst will be working directly with IT and Finance in addition to the client's vendors and consultants to ensure the success of the client's business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Oracle Cloud EPM applications based on business needs.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams across IT and Finance.
• Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud EPM applications, including issue resolution and coordination with Oracle support.
• Maintain governance and workflow integrity within the EDM financial data model.
• Design and manage data extraction and integration processes between Oracle Cloud EPM, ERP systems, and data warehouses.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of time-sensitive data integrations during critical financial cycles.
• Develop and deliver training programs to end-users and maintain detailed documentation.
• Monitor Oracle Cloud EPM/ERP updates, perform impact assessments, and lead enhancement planning and testing cycles.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in ERP data extraction, integration, and high-level Oracle Cloud EPM/ERP application support.
• Hands-on experience with data integration (ETL), large datasets, and performance optimization.
• Experience supporting finance and accounting teams through technical implementations and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, systems architecture, and reporting.
• Proficiency in designing data integrations and managing system configurations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Project Management and Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
