Service Now Business Analyst

The Service Now Business Analyst is responsible for gathering IT and business stakeholder requirements related to Service Now and partnering with the Service Now Application Architect and development team to transform the requirements into a viable solution.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements for Service Now functionality, including service catalog items
• Document full requirements, including layout, fields, and workflows
• During requirements sessions, provide recommendations to streamline and optimize processes
• Partner with the Service Now Application Architect and development team to determine the best technical solution to address the requirements
• Perform testing in pre-Prod environments to ensure that the documented requirements are met. Defines test cases and acceptance criteria.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a Service Now business analyst role
• Deep knowledge of ITSM processes, including Request Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Experience working in a global setting
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders.
