Position Summary
The Product Management Intern supports category and competitive research, maintains organized product and data resources, and ensures accuracy across digital and reporting platforms. This role includes analyzing product categories and adjacencies, gathering competitive insights, and contributing to tools such as bubble maps and market tracking reports. Responsibilities also include supporting data and documentation management, organizing product information, maintaining systems like SAP and SharePoint, and auditing digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Key Responsibilities Category Help- Research on toilets/bidets/bath adjacencies
- Pull competitive data from their websites
- Organize the Product Closet on 3rd floor
- Create bubble maps for each retailer/category
- Clean documentation for F&Bs for our competitors, by category: help organize the product closet/room, assist in updating our reviews portal, proactively update style maps
- Organize training documentation on SharePoint, refreshing with latest information
- Support pure play projects (such as tracking down details in SAP or pulling compliance documentation)
- Create consistent reports across sales analyst weekly reports
- Create consistent reports for market share tracking
- Web scrapes: review to ensure new launches have all info on web pages
- Review online content for accuracy and consistency and correct as needed in SAP and Salsify
Required:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, basic analysis, reporting)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with large sets of data and organizing information across systems
- Ability to work collaboratively and support cross‑functional teams
- Detail‑oriented mindset with focus on accuracy and consistency
Preferred:
- Previous internship or coursework related to product management, merchandising, marketing, or data analysis
- Familiarity with tools such as SAP, Salsify, SharePoint, or similar systems
- Experience with competitive research, market analysis, or reporting
Base salary range: $33,300 USD – $45,760 USD. Employees may participate in an annual bonus plan or a role‑based sales incentive plan. Benefits include health plans, a 401(k) program with company contribution, product discounts, flexible time off, adoption benefits, and more.
