• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of hotel distribution systems.
• Configure and maintain rates, inventory, room types, policies, and content across PMS, CRS, loyalty platforms, and OTA extranets.
• Ensure proper rate mapping and availability across Syn Xis, Travel Click, GDS, Expedia Partner Central, and
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate system connectivity and data flow.
• Troubleshoot issues related to rate loading, availability discrepancies, failed reservations, and content errors, escalating to system vendors as needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks across all channels to ensure rates and room types are properly distributed and presented.
• Assist in onboarding new properties and partners by setting up connectivity, configuring rate plans, and ensuring data synchronization.
• Support integrations with business intelligence tools to guarantee clean, accurate data for reporting.

• Prior experience with hospitality systems such as OPERA, Syn Xis, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage rates, inventory, and distribution across multiple platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working with vendors.
• Must be available to work onsite at the Waikiki office on a full‑time basis.
