Team Bradley, Inc. is seeking a Systems Support Analyst / Retail IT Support & QA Analyst to join our growing IT team, supporting 70+ stores nationwide.
You will prepare and execute test plans, diagnose issues, and support POS systems and network operations, directly shaping the in-store experience for employees and customers. This hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) requires UAT testing, SQL, Power Shell, and the ability to travel occasionally; PCI familiarity is a plus.
