Description/Responsibilities:
Strong IT experience with a minimum 8-10 years focused primarily on Account Reconciliation processes.
Demonstrated experience in planning delivery, assessing risks, gathering requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) solutions.
Managed and executed at least 2 end-to-end ARCS implementations.
Sound knowledge of Account Reconciliation processes.
Excellent capability around writing SQL queries for completeness checks and custom reconciliation reporting.
Experience with Transaction Matching and sub-ledger integration is a must.
Experience in face-to-face interactions and engagement with customers.
Well-versed in oral and written communication. Must be able to articulate his/her thoughts clearly.
Good documentation and presentation skills.
Experience in leading customer demos, presentations, and training.
Ability to research application and service logs to troubleshoot application issues.
Coordinate with internal and external technical support providers for better resolution.
Ability to work independently and support multiple deliverables simultaneously.
