Jr. IT Asset Specialist

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is available to work 2–3 days per week (excluding Fridays), we're flexible on the days
• Is comfortable working with Windows laptops and iOS devices (iPhones and iPads)
• Has at least 9 months of availability remaining before graduation or any planned relocation (students are welcome to apply)
• Can lift boxes of IT equipment weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Has basic Excel skills or is willing and able to learn

• Processing IT Returns:
  The Junior IT Asset Specialist is responsible for managing the return process of IT assets within the organization. This includes tracking returned equipment, verifying its condition, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Image/Configure Devices for New Hires:
  As part of onboarding new employees, the Junior IT Asset Specialist sets up and configures devices such as iPads, iPhones, and laptops. They ensure that these devices are ready for use by configuring software, installing necessary applications, and connecting them to the network.
• Assisting with IT Recycling Program:
  The Junior IT Asset Specialist contributes to the organization’s sustainability efforts by participating in IT recycling programs. They help identify obsolete or unused hardware, coordinate its disposal or recycling, and adhere to environmental regulations.
• Inventory Management of IT Devices:
  This is a pharmaceutical company, so the Junior IT Asset Specialist manages the inventory of IT devices specific to the company. This involves maintaining accurate records, tracking device locations, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
