You will set the strategy, own reliability metrics, and partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, and Product teams to reduce risk and improve system resilience.
The role requires a track record of building high-performing teams, implementing SLOs and observability, and driving continuous improvement. Travel up to 10% may be required.
