Supply Chain Analyst (Operations Analyst II)
Kelly Services is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst (Hybrid position) to work in one of our premier customers in Deerfield, IL.
Responsibilities- Executing the daily deployment plan and determining finished good inventory levels based upon inventory strategies and business rules.
- Monitoring code level inventory at the GLC and Distribution Centers to meet service targets and business level objectives.
- Managing the deployment of short supply products to ensure quick recovery of inventory, new product launches, and product conversions.
- Managing inbound and outbound deployments in 3PL facilities as required.
- Partnering with planning and GLC teams to better understand forecasts and determine appropriate distribution plans.
- Ensuring replenishment load trailers are fully utilized and developing shipping schedules for optimal truck load replenishment.
- Interacting with Customer Service and Marketing regarding product EDAVs to minimize expedited shipping costs and customer impact.
- Working with Transportation and Logistics teams to minimize freight and handling costs based on business requirements.
- Have demonstrated ability to interact with and function as a liaison with key stakeholders.
- Capable of analyzing large amounts of data to identify solutions to delays or other issues.
- Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute daily tasks on a timely basis, and have basic project management skills.
- Have excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Can solve complex problems and identify solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Must be able to work with a high degree of independence and be a self-starter.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have 2+ years of applicable professional experience.
