What You’ll Do- Performs a variety of cleaning tasks in order to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and attractiveness of the facility, residents’ apartments, and living areas, such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
- Provides and assists residents with laundry services including changing linens, picking up laundry, labeling, tending to laundry equipment, folding, sorting, hanging, and distributing clothing.
- Keeps designated storage areas stocked with necessary cleaning materials and supplies.
- Must be able to properly identify, understand and safely utilize cleaning chemical products.
- Rotates floor assignments as necessary.
- Performs other housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Complies with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the facility.
- Works closely with others.
Required Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED or more than 1 year of related experience in a health care, hospital, or hotel setting required.
