ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA.

Position Title:

REGIONAL DIRECTOR. Salary: $125,000 - $135,000. Pay Grade: 18. Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS. ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. Our portfolio of solution categories includes Facilities Maintenance & Engineering, ESG Programming, Laboratory Support Services, Janitorial & Industrial Cleaning, Landscaping & Grounds Management, Workplace Solutions and Managed Services. This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees.

ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets.

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Director to drive performance across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role is responsible for supporting new business growth while ensuring achievement of financial, operational, safety, and compliance objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience managing multi-site facilities operations, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

The candidate must be willing to travel 50%–75%.

• Lead regional facilities operations to achieve financial and operational goals
• Manage P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across multiple locations
• Oversee contracts, reporting, and administrative processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 20+ years of facilities management experience across manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments
• Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all levels, from frontline staff to executives
• Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, accountability, and business acumen
• Facilities Management Certification (FMC) preferred
• Solid knowledge of contract administration and operations management
