Job Description Responsibilities
- Organize, coordinate, and execute merchandising initiatives to create best‑in‑class consumer shopping experiences across a variety of channels (Wholesale Showrooms/Counters, Retailers, Builder Design Centers, and Kitchen & Bath locations).
- Manage project‑specific merchandising requirements, including management, execution, installation, and system maintenance of both new and legacy merchandising programs.
- Coordinate merchandising‑related activities, including communicating project timetables, meeting deadlines, budgeting, and securing approvals.
- Manage outside agencies and suppliers from development through execution.
- Collaborate across functional areas (Field Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Supply Chain/Operations, IT, and Finance) to gain alignment and engagement on execution of projects.
- Serve as lead financial contact and budget process subject matter expert for merchandising department.
- Ensure timely workflow and communication of project status to all stakeholders.
- Ensure that all merchandising aligns with Moen’s global brand standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a consumer products marketing environment.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- Strong analytical and creative skills.
- Ability to function within and/or lead cross‑functional project teams.
- Demonstrated perseverance in pursuit of objectives.
- Ability to implement tactics and initiatives.
- Ability to communicate with and present to management.
- SAP/Finance experience is a plus.
- Minimal travel (less than 10%).
Salary range: $56,000 USD – $84,700 USD. Actual salaries may vary within or outside the range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. Employees may also participate in an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based sales incentive plan.
