Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations and staffing
• Ensure full compliance with all DCFS licensing requirements
• Maintain safe classroom supervision and operational procedures
• Manage staff schedules, coaching, accountability, and performance
• Build strong relationships with families and prospective parents
• Conduct tours and support enrollment growth
• Monitor classroom quality, ratios, and curriculum implementation
• Respond professionally to parent concerns and operational issues
• Support a positive, organized, and professional center culture
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with ownership regarding center operations and strategic goals

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent)
