CEL (Center for Enriched Living) is an independently funded nonprofit that empowers teens, adults, and seniors with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fully and confidently. Through programs, services, and inclusive education initiatives, CEL equips people to form real friendships, develop essential life skills, and pursue opportunities in work, learning, and community life. Lead CEL's Employment Services program by connecting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to meaningful, competitive employment opportunities. You'll provide strategic leadership, develop employer partnerships, and support a high-performing team while driving program growth and measurable outcomes. Primary Benefits
  • Pay Range: $62,000 - $72,000 annually

Skills You Bring to CEL
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
  • Experience leading teams, programs, or employment services in a human services setting.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills with employers and community partners.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve meaningful employment.
