Manufacturing Technician / BFS Machine Operator

My client, a medical device manufacturer in the Deerfield, IL area, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to operate blow-fill-seal (BFS) equipment producing sterile solutions. This is a hands-on production role in a regulated cGMP environment where precision and compliance directly support patient safety.

• Play a hands-on role producing sterile medical solutions that reach real patients
• Work directly with blow-fill-seal (BFS) machines and purified water systems
• Join a regulated, quality-driven manufacturing environment with real structure and training
• $55,000 to $65,000

• Set up and operate BFS machines and support equipment to produce bottled sterile solutions
• Start up and maintain the purified water system
• Compound solutions according to SOPs and prescribed formulations
• Follow written procedures and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice and documentation compliance
• Support Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

• Be able to do the job as described.
• High school diploma or GED; higher education a plus
• Hands‑on mechanical experience, such as automotive repair, filling operations, or blow molding
• Comfortable reading blueprints and following written procedures precisely
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
