Vice President Marketing

Lundbeck seeks a Vice President of Marketing, Movement Disorders to lead U.S. commercial strategy for our movement disorder portfolio. This role defines brand positioning, develops integrated marketing plans, and drives launch and lifecycle strategies in close partnership with Medical, Market Access, Sales, and R&D. The VP will build and mentor a high-performing team, shape KOL and patient advocacy engagement, and ensure compliant execution.

This is a mission-driven leadership role for a seasoned neuroscience marketer passionate about improving outcomes for people living with movement disorders.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.
• S. marketing strategy for Lundbeck's movement disorders portfolio
• Develop and execute integrated brand, launch, and lifecycle marketing plans
• Oversee market insights, forecasting, and performance measurement
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, Sales, and R&D to align commercial strategy
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and develop talent
• Drive KOL, HCP, and patient advocacy engagement in a compliant manner
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
• Identify growth opportunities, including new indications and channels
• Represent movement disorders marketing in executive and global forums
