As Senior Manager, Global Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing, you will shape how Baxter connects with talent around the world. You will set the direction for our global employer brand, as well as global and regional recruitment marketing strategies, helping Baxter stand out as an employer and attract the talent needed to advance our mission to save and sustain lives.

In this visible leadership role, you will establish our employer brand roadmap, guide media and channel strategies, and use insights to strengthen candidate engagement. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Global Communications and regional teams to balance a consistent global brand with the needs of local markets. You will also provide direction to team members, agency partners and regional contributors who bring our employer brand to life through authentic stories and candidate-facing campaigns.

You will collaborate across functions, regions and time zones to create globally consistent strategies that remain relevant and authentic in local markets.

What you'll be doing
  • Set and manage Baxter's employer brand roadmap, including recommendations for media strategy and recruitment marketing technology.
  • Lead paid, earned and owned media strategies that help our Talent Acquisition organization engage prospective talent.
  • Work with Global Communications to bring Baxter's employer brand, employee stories and culture to life through authentic candidate-facing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with regional Talent Acquisition teams to develop employer brand, recruitment marketing and position-specific campaign strategies that reflect local market needs.
  • Lead the evolution of Baxter's global career site, recruitment marketing channels, technology and external media platforms, including Glassdoor, Indeed and Linked In.
  • Guide employer brand team members, agency partners and regional contributors while building a network of recruiters, leaders and employees who serve as authentic brand ambassadors.
  • Use data and insights to assess employer brand reputation, campaign effectiveness, channel performance and media investment, translating findings into recommendations and improvements.
  • Manage recruitment marketing vendor relationships, support budget planning, and develop messaging and materials for senior leaders as needed.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; marketing, communications or a related field preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing or communications, including employer brand and/or recruitment marketing program leadership.
  • Experience developing strategy and leading initiatives in global organizations.
  • Ability to lead through change and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
