We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our clinical team and deliver compassionate, personalized care to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication and nursing care as directed by each resident’s care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Lead and mentor team members while advocating for resident needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

To be eligible for consideration

• Current, unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Prior LPN experience is preferred; we welcome strong candidates who demonstrate the right skills and attitude.
