Journey Care Hospice is seeking a Hospice LPN to join our Crisis Care team. This field-based role follows the plan of care for continuous care patients, providing treatments and collaborating with families to support comfort and dignity.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday (3) 12-Hour Shifts 7PM-7AM and Every Other Weekend. TERRITORY:
Northbrook, IL. Salary: $26 - $38 hourly with offer based on experience.
