Journey Care Hospice in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Hospice LPN to join our growing team. This field-based role follows the plan of care, provides treatments, and collaborates to support patients and families.
Hours are Monday–Friday 8:30–5:00 with no on-call or weekends. Salary ranges from $26 to $38 per hour with offer based on years of experience. This position includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, mileage and more.
