Merchandiser, Retail

Responsibilities

• Implement and adjust merchandising plans according to store layout and seasonal changes.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure product placement aligns with store and client expectations.
• Conduct regular store visits to audit product arrangement, stock levels, and promotional displays.
• Analyze sales data to recommend changes in merchandising tactics if necessary.
• Maintain detailed reports of merchandising activities and results for review by management.
• Educate store staff on product features and benefits to enhance sales through better customer interactions.
