Account Manager, Mid-Market

• Support client onboarding, renewals, and ongoing service by following established workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, managing RFPs, preparing comparisons, and assisting with presentations
• Deliver responsive, high‑quality client support across claims, billing, enrollment, eligibility, and general benefits inquiries through phone, email, and occasional in‑person meetings
• Collaborate effectively with Producers, internal teams, and carriers while staying current on carrier offerings, industry trends, and regulatory updates

• Required:
  
  State Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 90 days); strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits; experience with Fully Insured and Level‑Funded arrangements; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Preferred Technical Knowledge:
  Familiarity with Salesforce, HRIS platforms, and Self‑Funded arrangements

This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.

Salary range is $65K to 80K per year.
