Mattress Firm is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to help customers improve their sleep through expert guidance on mattresses and bedding. You'll provide demos, explain financing, and close sales while meeting goals. You'll maintain an inviting showroom, handle follow-up, and resolve concerns.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store to understand sleep needs and recommend appropriate mattresses and bedding products
• Deliver personalized product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options clearly
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals through effective consultative selling
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain accurate customer records
• Maintain a clean, inviting showroom, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and tagged
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques
• Collaborate with teammates and store leadership to support store operations and inventory management
• Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating complex issues when needed
