Our client, the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Medical Equipment Production specialist to join their team. As a Medical Equipment Production specialist, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the Patch Intake team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Medical Equipment Production
Location: Deerfield, IL
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Shift: 2PM - 10:30PM. Schedule rotates. Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday.
What's the Job?
- Manage the intake, processing, and verification of Patch devices in compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
- Follow regulatory standards such as HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA to ensure safety and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces.
- Receive and process Patch devices, including de-kitting, verifying patient information, and uploading data to proprietary software tools.
- Participate actively in lean and 5S improvement activities to enhance workflow efficiency and support problem-solving within small group teams.
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of three months of related experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment.
- Proficiency with computers and data entry.
- Ability to work effectively within a team to support organizational goals.
- Strong time management skills and flexibility to adapt to varying work assignments.
