• Structured, hands-on training (no van on day one)

You'll train alongside experienced technicians in the field. After certification, you'll run your own calls.

• Install new garage doors and openers
• Present options to homeowners — and explain the why
• Deliver a premium experience from the moment you pull up

• Strong mechanical aptitude; comfortable with tools
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work on ladders
• Clear communication with customers in English
• Available for a rotation incl. some weekends, holidays & evenings
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a background check & drug test
• Above all: genuinely nice, a team player, and humble
• You're looking for any paycheck and plan to bounce in 3 months
• When something goes wrong, your instinct is to find someone to blame
• You already know it all and aren't looking to be coached
• You're not comfortable going into people's homes and communicating professionally
