AI Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our team onsite in Deerfield, IL. In this role, you will work closely with business and technical teams to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across a variety of use cases including text extraction, conversational assistants, and AI-driven workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services and a strong understanding of full-stack architectures.
Key Responsibilities:Design and develop GenAI-powered solutions for:
Text Extraction
Speech-to-Text
Chat Assistants integrated with Knowledge Bases and Transactional Data
AI Agent-driven Workflow Automation
Build and deploy scalable AI/ML architectures using AWS services.
Lead proof of concept initiatives to evaluate GenAI models and frameworks.
Perform prompt engineering and fine-tuning of large language models.
Review code and provide architectural input to other team members.
Evaluate model outputs for hallucinations, bias, toxicity, and factual accuracy.
Implement caching, memory management, and performance optimization patterns.
Integrate solutions using REST APIs and cloud-native components.
5+ years of experience in application design, development, and/or consulting.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning using AWS technologies.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including:
Sage Maker, Bedrock, Transcribe, Textract, Rekognition, Kendra, Translate
Solid understanding of prompt engineering techniques and GenAI use cases.
Experience evaluating LLM output for performance and content quality.
Programming expertise in Python and/or Node.js.
Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with full-stack development concepts is a strong plus.
Skills:
Experience with Lang Chain, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or similar frameworks.
Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, and containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
