This is not a general software development role.

We are seeking a true Power Platform specialist who has spent the last several years designing, building, and enhancing Power Apps solutions that improve how businesses operate. The ideal candidate gets excited about identifying inefficient processes and transforming them into intuitive, scalable applications that users love.

• 5+ years of hands‑on Microsoft Power Apps development experience
• Strong expertise building both Canvas Apps and Model‑Driven Apps
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse architecture and administration
• Experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments
• Strong Power Automate experience for workflow automation and process improvement
• Experience integrating Power Apps with:
  • Dataverse
  • Dynamics 365
  • Share Point
  • SQL Server
  • REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Experience managing deployments across Development, Test, and Production environments
• Knowledge of Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git, and source control best practices
• Strong communication and business‑facing consulting skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable applications

• Drive user adoption through intuitive application design
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Power Platform solutions
• Stay current with Microsoft's Power Platform roadmap and emerging capabilities

$110,000 - $130,000 plus comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
