• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support enterprise application development and integration initiatives.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations using Oracle FMW (SOA Suite), BPEL, OSB, XML, and JDeveloper, while ensuring existing GIP framework functionalities remain stable and uninterrupted.
• Develop and maintain middleware-based solutions that facilitate reliable integration between enterprise applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, integration, system, and performance-related issues to maintain platform stability and meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize Service Now to manage and track incidents, changes, problems, service requests, and related technical support activities in accordance with established processes.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute application and integration deployments using Azure Dev Ops across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Perform post-deployment support and updates for Power Apps Portal, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and Power Automate across multiple environments.
• Monitor, maintain, and support middleware components, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, and enterprise applications to ensure availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
• Provide technical support for applications and middleware environments hosted on Windows and Linux servers.
• Analyze system logs, application behavior, and performance metrics to identify potential issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, business, and client teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful implementation of system changes.
• Participate in production support activities, including issue investigation, root-cause analysis, resolution, and preventive measures.
• Ensure system changes and deployments are properly documented and follow established technical and change-management procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve system performance, integration reliability, deployment processes, and operational efficiency.
• Work with various client teams to understand technical requirements, provide implementation support, and ensure solutions meet business and technical objectives.

Deerfield, IL, with required travel and work at various unanticipated client worksites throughout the USA.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Technology, or a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
