Plumbing and Heating Apprentice

The Opportunity

Cambria Maintenance Services is looking to recruit a Plumbing & Heating Apprentice in North Wales. Whether you’re looking to start your career after school, college or university, or you want to change your career route – apprenticeships are for everyone!

Our apprenticeship programme enables you to learn, work and earn a salary whilst working towards achieving a nationally recognised qualification that is respected and recognised in the maintenance industry.

You will work alongside our existing workforce who have lots of industry experience providing you with valuable on the job training enabling you to grow and develop the knowledge and skills required for a successful career.

Your time will be split between 4 days in work and 1 day in college. You will support your team to deliver a range of services.

• Electrical work on plumbing and heating systems.
• Plumbing & heating systems installation and commissioning.
• Service and maintenance techniques on different system types.
• Installation and servicing of natural gas.
• Completing and maintaining all associated documentation, records, systems, assessments and certification.
• Liaising with customers.

To succeed in this role, you will have a genuine passion and interest in learning your chosen trade and will contribute to working effectively as part of your new team to help us deliver an excellent service to our customers.

• Must be aged 16 or over.
• Grade C in Maths & English & Either Science or Design Technology

40 hours

There are different rates of pay for apprentices depending on your age and what year of your apprenticeship you’re in.
