Position Title:

Trainer & Quality Assurance Supervisor

Reports To:

Clean Operations Manager

Objective:
At Service Master Clean, we don't just clean-we deliver peace of mind. The Trainer & Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a critical role in upholding our brand standards by ensuring all service partners are properly trained, supported, and consistently delivering high-quality results. This position is hands-on and focused on coaching, inspecting cleaning after training, and continuously improving performance across all assigned accounts.

Tasks:

* Train new hires and current service partners on Service Master cleaning standards, procedures, including proper dilutions, and safety protocols.

* Performing routine quality inspections after training is complete at assigned facilities to ensure expectations are met or exceeded

* Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused mindset

* Review failed inspections with employees and provide hands-on retraining and coaching

* Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and reinforce best practices in the field

* Partner with HR/ management to develop corrective action plans and improve overall service delivery

* Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and OSHA regulations

* Build positive relationships with team members

Physical Demands and

Qualifications:

* Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching

* Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.

* Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

* 1-2 years' supervisory experience

* Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethics and willingness to learn.

* The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

* Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude

* Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time

* Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect

* Must have valid driver's license

* Strong leadership and coaching ability with a team-first mindset

* High attention to detail and commitment to quality

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and travel between multiple job sites

* Flexible schedule (may include evenings or weekends)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 4pm-12:00am* (This may fluctuate due to employee/customer need)

Compensation:
Based on experience and discussion upon interview.
