Job Description:

* Lead the planning and execution of projects to achieve timely completion while maintaining cost efficiency.

* Keep management consistently informed through clear and timely updates on project progress.

* Proactively identify risks, evaluate potential impacts, and implement plans to minimize disruptions.

* Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing jobsite safety standards and practices.

* Oversee quality expectations by ensuring work aligns with project specifications and established QA/QC procedures.

* Troubleshoot and resolve field issues as they arise, making decisions that keep projects moving forward.

* Develop, maintain, and drive the Master Project Schedule to ensure project milestones are met.

* Partner with the preconstruction team to support planning, budgeting, and project setup.

* Coordinate with Finance to initiate billing processes and monitor payment timelines.

* Provide regular updates on schedule and financial performance through Operations Review Meetings.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 5+ years of progressive construction experience

* Civil Engineering or Construction Management bachelor's degree or possesses equivalent experience.

* Excellent interpersonal communication, including both oral and written skills.

* Computer skills, including proficiency with CAD and Microsoft Excel preferred.

* Strong ability to work both autonomously and with active management involvement.

* Demonstrated ability to promote a safe work environment.

* Ability to problem solve and adjust to changing circumstances.
