Defiance College, an NAIA institution and member of the WHAC located in Northwest Ohio, seeks qualified applicants for an Assistant Women’s Wrestling Coach.
Responsibilities- Recruiting
- Match/practice planning and preparation
- Fundraising
- Assisting head coach in all phases of student‑athlete development and evaluation
- Academic monitoring
- Other duties as assigned
- Supporting the mission of Defiance College and adhering to institutional, NAIA, and WHAC policies and procedures
A bachelor’s degree, previous coaching experience, and a valid driver’s license are required. Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate strong communication skills, recruiting experience, and the ability to lead and serve our student‑athletes. This is a full‑time, 10‑month position (August 1 – May 31).
