• Proven experience serving as a Vice President of Finance or senior financial executive.
• Demonstrated leadership overseeing accounting, finance, and IT organizations.
• Strong technical background in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Deep understanding of GAAP, compliance, and internal controls.
• Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Ability to lead both high-level strategy and hands-on financial execution.

• Prior tenure as leader of IT, accounting, and finance teams within a growth-oriented or mid-market company.
• Experience driving system implementations and financial technology improvements.
• Background supporting M&A, integrations, or complex financial transactions.
• Track record of building scalable financial processes as a Vice President of Finance.
