Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in the Defiance, OH area for a top Rehabilitation company. This is a permanent position directly in with the company offering great mentorship and benefits!

Schedule and Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain equipment and treatment areas.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program. (Or in the process).
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. (Or in the process).
