- Drive the PL Select office to meet or exceed client satisfaction, retention, and revenue goals while maintaining a service-first culture
- Own standardized workflows and set clear KPIs in partnership with regional leadership
- Continuously improve processes for speed, quality, and consistency
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Establish professional development strategies and coordinate onboarding and training
- Provide ongoing feedback through performance reviews
- Manage a reduced book of business while prioritizing team leadership and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with regional and national leaders
- Manage carrier and vendor relationships
- Represent PL Select across service teams and specialty practices
- Maintain accurate system documentation
- Leverage tools and data to support service, compliance, and communication
- Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to enhance service and support organizational goals
- BA/BS preferred
- P&C Insurance License required
- 7 or more years’ experience in personal lines
- Proven ability to provide strong leadership to a growing team in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization
- Client-facing experience at an insurance company or brokerage
- Ability to work collaboratively across business practices regionally and enterprise-wide
- Regularly sit, hear, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally stand and walk
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
Close vision and ability to adjust focus - Occasional travel
Demonstrates strong leadership and team development skills while managing client relationships and driving service excellence in the personal lines insurance sector. Proficient in process improvement and collaboration with regional and national stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
