Responsibilities
• Leads, mentors, and manages a team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Develops and executes SIOP strategies to meet business objectives.
• Ensures alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
• Guides the development of accurate demand forecasts by analyzing historical data, market trends, and sales patterns.
• Identifies discrepancies between actual and forecasted demand and recommends adjustments.
• Monitors inventory levels and analyzes inventory turnover rates to ensure optimal stock levels, identifying opportunities to reduce excess inventory while preventing stockouts.
• Provides insights and recommendations to improve supply chain performance based on regular reports and dashboards of key performance metrics.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, production, and supply chain—to ensure alignment on demand and supply plans.
• Identifies areas for improvement in the SIOP process and implements best practices to enhance data accuracy, forecasting, and overall supply chain efficiency.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Five years of experience in Supply Chain operations (manufacturing, sourcing, purchasing) and/or Commercial Operations.
