Delivery Driver Assistant
The pay range for this role is $13.25 to $14.00 per hour.*
Aaron’s Delivery Driver Assistants play key roles in the delivery and installation of our merchandise into the homes of our customers. Working directly with the Delivery Driver, you will install, move, and pick up merchandise and demonstrate how customers can use their products. You’ll spend time inside and outside the store, support the team with day-to-day operations, and connect with customers in the community.

- Stage, load, and appropriately secure products.
- Unload, install, and demonstrate merchandise.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing merchandise within the store.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work a schedule with hours varying from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another associate.
- Ability to work in all outdoor weather conditions, including rain and summer heat.
- Experience moving household furnishings and appliances.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
