CNC Operations Line Supervisor

Your Mission Drive safe, efficient CNC production that meets tight specifications—every part, every time. You’ll lead operators and line inspectors, eliminate bottlenecks, and sustain a high‑performing, well‑organized line.

Impact You’ll Deliver Lead the CNC line and inspection team to achieve output, quality, and safety goals aligned with schedules and SOPs.Provide orientation, training, and ongoing coaching for department personnel.

Model safe behaviors; ensure full adherence to safety requirements.

Oversee quality performance and immediately correct deviations from spec.

Maintain clear communication with team members and management; participate in required meetings.

Assign work to operators and rebalance as priorities shift.

Uphold company rules and policies on the floor.

Perform/assist with machine setups, tool changes, and basic program adjustments.

Diagnose and resolve technical machine issues to minimize downtime.

Ensure operators have needed tooling, setup sheets, and reference charts.

Own 5S: keep the line audit‑ready with strong housekeeping and organization.

During slow periods or downtime, redeploy the team to value‑adding tasks.

What You Bring High school diploma or GED.Experience or solid knowledge of CNC machining.

Ability to work with CNC programming concepts and strong mathematics skills.

Work Environment Manufacturing shop environment with moving mechanical parts.

Possible exposure to odors, noise, dust, heat, cold, and chemicals.
