• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 10:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM

• Load and unload parts on the paint line
• Perform assembly work using hand tools
• Operate spot welding equipment as assigned
• Operate press machines to support production needs
• Perform MIG welding based on skill level and training
• Operate laser machines as assigned
• Complete basic data entry and production documentation
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned

• Entry‑level candidates welcome; manufacturing experience is a plus
• Experience with MIG welding, laser operation, spot welding, or press operation preferred (higher pay rate available based on experience)
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
