Operations Clerk

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains and organizes operational and manufacturing records, for example, production logs, inventory reports, or shipping documents.
• Prepares and processes paperwork related to department. For example, if supporting Shipping: work orders, purchase orders, and material requisitions.
• Assists with data entry and updating internal systems.
• Coordinates with production supervisors and staff to ensure timely documentation of manufacturing activities.
• Supports compliance efforts by ensuring documentation meets internal and external regulatory standards.
• Generates routine reports for operations management, including productivity metrics and inventory summaries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
