Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience Requirements:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficiency with quality inspection equipment and measurement tools
• Working knowledge of basic math and computer applications
• Experience operating an overhead crane preferred

Physical Capabilities:

• Ability to safely operate an overhead crane to load material and unload finished skeletons
• Capacity to stand, move, and handle materials throughout a full shift
• Strong hand-eye coordination for precise machine operation and quality checks
• Comfortable working in an active shop floor environment

Job Duties:

• Follow all safety and environmental procedures without exception
• Maintain reliable, on-time attendance for every scheduled shift
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
• Accurately read and apply quality tools to ensure every part meets specification
• Retrieve job programs from the server and activate the laser machine for production runs
• Operate the overhead crane to load raw material and unload completed skeletons
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs to keep the laser running smoothly and minimize downtime
• Execute and follow the daily scheduling board to keep production on track
